A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, VK is a globally known name in non-banking financial services. VK has international exposure to non-banking financial services of wide variety – securitisation, asset-backed financing, risk management, credit risk quantification etc. VK was retained by a Govt. of Jordan entity for suggesting and working on funding for a high-profile low-cost housing project. VK developed a leasing project for an Egyptian micro finance company. He has also been involved in preparing business model and transaction structure for an investment bank involved in acquiring and securitisation of low cost housing loans in South Africa and understanding of the dynamics of low-cost housing finance business. VK has also been associated in rendering a series of training workshops to impart training on affordable housing finance under auspices of International Finance Corporation. VK has been retained by an Indian rating agency for structured finance ratings. VK is author of several books, and has lectured in 24 countries all over the World.

SS is well versed with micro finance sector and is associated with various MFIs in various capacity like auditor, advisor or facilitator for transformation of MFIs from society/ trust to NBFC etc. Nidhi Bothra A Company Secretary, is currently working as a senior consultant with Vinod Kothari Consultants P Ltd.
